Following is one in a series of articles based on the words of New Thought leaders — current or past.

New Thought Inspiration from Bob Proctor

Bob Proctor is a towering figure wherever the mention of self-help comes into the discussion. In 1973, he founded his company and is described as an entrepreneur, aQuotable Inspiration from Bob Proctor teacher, a writer, a business consultant and a counselor. He is famous for his motivational speeches on how to be a better version of you. Bob has been on his mission to advise people to strategize their ideas in such a way that they would be able to create extravagantly glamorous and fulfilling lives for themselves for more than 40 years now.

“Let’s start with what we can be thankful for, and get our mind into that vibration, and then watch the good that starts to come, because one thought leads to another thought.”

I am a big believer in living in a state of gratitude.  No matter what is going on in our lives, there is always something to be grateful for.

According to the quote above, once we get our minds in the vibration of gratitude, the good starts coming our way.  Why?  Because we are focusing on the goodness of life and the universe responds by giving us more.

We all go through some tough times, but I find that moment I start seeing the good in my life, the difficulties seem to melt away.  I practice gratitude every morning and evening.  Thinking about what in my life I am grateful for has always moved me to the next step to creating good in my life.

So, what are you grateful for today that will propel you into more goodness in your own life?

I will close with this last thought from Bob Proctor:

“Thoughts become things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.”
