As we move into the new year, I want to share an article from one of my New Thought teachers: Rev. Michelle Wadleigh. She is one of the ministers I follow online. In one of her class presentations, she shared the following list that I felt was worthwhile to pass along:
DEDICATED TO YOUR FREEDOM:
1. No one is against me, even if they think they are!
2. I am safe. The world is for me, working on my behalf – always!
3. If I feel it, it is mine to heal.
4. I never take anything personally unless I react to it and want to grow from it.
5. I am always impeccable with my word, and know that I co-create my world with my word – both spoken and unspoken.
6. I protect my I Am closely. (Remember your I am is the perfect prayer.)
7. I believe there is a place within me that has never been hurt, harmed or injured in any way. I return to and identify with this place.
8. I am not at the mercy of what was, not now, not ever!
9. My shadow is not dark or wrong or evil. It is simply a repository of my past. My pure power exists in the midst of this shadow.
10. My body is a barometer, and I learn to read this barometer with ease.
11. I make all of my changes in consciousness, because I am aware that my world is a reflection of my consciousness.
12. I take 100% responsibility, not blame, for my world. Responsibility = Power!
13. I practice the highest integrity possible throughout my life. Simply, I do what I say, and I clean up any place where I am out of integrity immediately.
14. I do my work while always being gentle with myself and keeping a sense of humor.
15. Seek ye first to understand, then be understood.
16. I’m never alone.
17. There is only ONE and it loves me completely.
18. I laugh at myself quickly and often.
