All of us have open loops that stop us from moving forward in our spiritual walk. Closing those loops creates peace and joy in our lives and relationships
I know I have gotten myself into open loops of destructive behavior, which hinders my connection with Spirit. Maybe a passing word is taken wrong, and I let it festers in my head and heart longer than it should. Sometimes I see others in this destructive behavior, and I wish I could help them move past the unforgiveness and resentment.
Introducing a 3-hour workshop where we learn how to close those loops
The workshop, appropriately called, Close These Loops, is created and facilitated by Master Teacher Rev. Dr. Michelle Wadleigh with Planned Happiness Institute. Here are her words to explain the workshop:
SO WHAT is an open loop:
![]()
An open loop is a result of commitments not being kept, things left unsaid, and promises made but broken. It can be as simple as little, tiny, almost passing comments, to a partner suddenly not keeping their agreement. All these open loops bleed our energy and cause us to gather resentments and justification for our micro-aggressions or avoidance of people. They are subtle but still impactful.
We are going to build our case for this simple formula. The work we do today needs no prior work and works for all equally, whether you are new on this path or a neophyte. The simple skill being taught is easily adaptable.
The 3 steps are:
- Take Inventory
- Take Control
- Take Action
You will leave here today with a plan. Your actualization of this plan will give you the opportunity to clean up and clear out stale stuck energy. The skill you acquire is scalable. You can apply it to old relationships and new ones. Tiny annoyances or larger truly energy-sucking ones.
What this workshop is not:
A bitching session
A fault-finding opportunity.
A purging of enemies
Please join Rev. Michelle, me, and others in working through closing those loops!
