Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (2 October 1869 – 30 January 1948) was the Quotable Inspiration from Mohandas Gandhipreeminent leader of the Indian independence movement in British-ruled India. Employing nonviolent civil disobedience, Gandhi led India to independence and inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world.

This quote is probably one of the most famous quotes by Gandhi.

I share it because many don’t really understand what he is trying The Words of Gandhito tell us.

I’d like to explain it this way: Suppose you want to see more love and peace in the world, but you display anger and a contrary attitude towards people in your life. Are you being the change you want to see in the world?

Of course, we all have our moments of anger, frustration and unloving attitudes, but I honestly believe the best thing we can do to change the world is the model the change we want to see. With that, we change the world one person at a time and it becomes contagious!
